I have been working at ANAF (the National Agency for Fiscal Administration) since 2013, with 10 years of experience in combating tax evasion and fraud through my work in the Anti-Fraud Directorate of ANAF. Starting in 2023, my activity has been within the General Directorate of Fiscal Information at ANAF, covering key areas such as conducting international information exchange based on EU directives and international conventions to which Romania is a party, combating money laundering, and applying international sanctions. I represent Romania as a member of the CARF (Crypto Asset Reporting Framework) working group within the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and participate as an evaluator on behalf of our country in assessments related to the international exchange of information for states applying the Common Reporting Standard, the financial account reporting standard developed by the OECD. Additionally, I am part of the ANAF team that will implement the reporting obligations of crypto exchanges and electronic wallet issuers into legislation and practice in 2025, both at the EU level (through Directive DAC8) and internationally (through CARF).

Răzvan Costin is a Romanian entrepreneur dedicated to IT&C innovation. After obtaining his PhD in Cybernetics and Statistics (2013), he started his career as a researcher, working both at Babes Bolyai University and Universität Wien. During his doctoral studies, he had the opportunity to work with Prof. Dr. Stefan Nitchi, who helped him to develop professionally both as a researcher and as an engineer. In 2012 Răzvan Costin started his career as a programmer, and by 2018 he had climbed all the steps of the IT industry (from junior programmer to CTO). In 2018 he decided to found his first company Prodigy IT Solutions, and within 5 years he created 4 more companies under the umbrella of Home of Prodigies. At the moment the companies work with world-renowned clients and operate 4 products fully incubated in the created ecosystem.

Radu Tudor Ionescu is Professor at the University of Bucharest (Romania) and Co-founder at SecurifAI. He completed his PhD at the University of Bucharest in 2013. He received the 2014 Award for Outstanding Doctoral Research in the field of Computer Science from the Romanian Ad Astra Association. His research interests include machine learning, computer vision, image processing, medical imaging, computational linguistics and text mining. He published over 130 articles at international peer-reviewed conferences and journals, and a research monograph with Springer. He received the "Caianiello Best Young Paper Award" at ICIAP 2013 for the paper entitled "Kernels for Visual Words Histograms". Radu also received the "Young Researchers in Science and Engineering" Prize for young Romanian researchers, and the "Danubius Young Scientist Award 2018 for Romania" by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research and by the Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe. Together with other co-authors, he obtained good rankings at several international competitions: 4th place in the Facial Expression Recognition Challenge of WREPL 2013, 3rd place in the NLI Shared Task of BEA-8 2013, 2nd place in the ADI Shared Task of VarDial 2016, 1st place in the ADI Shared Task of VarDial 2017, 1st place in the NLI Shared Task of BEA-12 2017, 1st place in the ADI Shared Task of VarDial 2018, 1st place in the ACM Multimedia 2023 Computational Paralinguistics Challenge (ComParE) on request and complaint detection.
